The civil law notary

Raimondo Zagami

Graduated from LUISS University in Rome in 1994 where he studied Law, obtained a Ph.D in IT and Digital Law from the University of Bologna in 1999, was appointed a lawyer in 1996 and in 1999 passed the state exam for notaries and was enrolled to the role. Author of a number of publications in juridical subjects, he has taught university modules, is a speaker in seminars and conferences and is a member of the study commission at the Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato.

Jasmin Dusatti

German mothertongue, has attended the Law faculty of the University of Trento, obtained the certificate for notarial assistants in 2009 in Rome and has worked for various notarial firms in Rome.

Maria Joanna Berioli

Obtained the diploma of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Warwick (U.K.) in 2006, post-graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Guildford (U.K.) in 2007, post-graduated diploma in "Notarial Practice" from the University of Cambridge in 2009 and was a appointed an English "Notary Public" in 2010. Was trained at John Venn & Sons, a notarial firm in London where she specialised in matters with a foreign element.
Languages: Italian, English, Polish and German.

Maura Di Martino

Graduated from LUISS University in Rome in 2008, completed the post-graduate course at the SSPL in June 2010, has attended the notarial schools of Rome and Naples.
