To be able to perform his duties, the notary necessarily needs to use personal and sensitive information of the interested parties. Use of personal data, both on paper and electronically, is perfomed in compliance with the d.lgs. n. 196/2003 and its following amendments.
The data is strictly collected for its notarial use only. The data is normally sent out, using predominantly electronic means or in compliance with specific rules, for registration in public registers.
The data can be known to employees or persons trusted by the firm, both in respect of the laws in force, as well as third parties, if it is so required and necessary to peform all the activities of the professional relationship.
The data is held at the notarial firm, or at delegated structures. Notaio Raimondo Zagami is responsible for data treatment.
